I admit that I actually don't know first thing about Eastern style, but it was fun to try it for once. I'm afraid, though, that I got a bit carried away overdoing it. I hope it gave the manga lovers among you a good laugh, as well, otherwise I'm sorry. Probably you don't know where to start listing all the things I got wrong, but I'm curious all the same. I promise I will never attempt to do this in earnest. Nothing against mangas, there are one or two among my favourites, but it simply isn't my style.

I got the Japanese characters from a Bremen tourist guide I found at the airport, by the way. The only exception is the signature, as I was told that that is a Japanese rendering of "Paul".

Oh, and before I forget it: Happy Birthday to me, Happy Birthday to me… (Yep. That's really true.)
