Character Sheet 2/9: Tiger

I wonder if anyone, unlike me, actually speaks Russian and knows if I got the name of Tiger's birthplace right - i.e. that it means what I hope it means, which is something like "Deep in the Woods, Seaside County". The seaside Kray (county) is real, though, and one of the two where wild tigers live; it even sports a tiger in its coat of arms. Its best-known city would be Wladiwostok in its South, but I imagine the place to be in the wilderness on the opposite end.
