For some reason this has been a tough page for me to articulate a comment for! This is about my fifth attempt, and I'm about ready to abandon all hope and talk about something else altogether!

What I can say is that John John is one of my favorite characters to write. While he fits the usual tough-guy loner archetype, he's also very nuanced and complex. It might not be so evident now, but I'm hoping that when all is said an done, way way down the line, people can go back to pages like this one and say.. "Oh!"

For now this page serves the more overt purpose of getting John off of Wog'Kee'Lo and establishing his semi-alliance with Nightblud. These two are couple of guys who have been at it for some time, and have come to respect each other as, dare I say, friends….

It must be a shoulder pad/sunglasses thing!

Anyway, I've sent Ash all your regards from Tuesday, and we'll see more (2 pages!) of her next week (not to mention our mysterious bad guy, and…. yep! A another "new" character!).
