Alright! Here it is, the end of chapter 5! Did you see that coming? Does he know what he's doing? What does chapter 6 have in store?!??!?!?
In other news… I added some new teleport effects. Not getting rid of the s-swooshy thing, but there have been some cases where I didn't really want to use it, so I created this effect to be just seconds after that swooshy disappears. Let me know what you think.
Everything comes to a head in chapter six, but you're gonna have to wait a couple weeks while I get that ready to roll. But don't worry, I have plenty of amazing fan art (but, y'know, keep it coming!) to keep you occupied in the mean time. One of the best things about the fan art is that, I'm just so honored, especially since it all comes from folks who I am personally a fan of THEIR work. So… its a really amazing thing. I can't wait to show it all off. Starting next tuesday.
Looks like no winners for the reference contest, though based on comments, I think AzuJOD did get it (but alas does not reside in the US). I'm leaving it open! Its in everyone's favorite (or in some cases second favorite) panel on that page.

japlander - Thanks. I'm using Manga Studio currently. I used Photoshop for the first three chapters, and switched to MS starting with chapter 4… I could get into detail with the reasons why, but it take forever. Let me know if you want to know more!

repoman - Thanks! Panel 3: she's supposed to be looking down at a monitor– so thats the light from the monitor causing the underlighting. I didn't end up having space for the monitor, but kept the underlighting, so its a little weird that you don't see the source, so I almost didn't keep it, but I'm glad i did. Thanks.
