Well, it would seem everyone was expecting an explosion or something of that nature– actually the nature of D's power is that she absorbs the life force of the person she is affecting. So, while perhaps this is a bit visually disappointing, I think that the payoff, storywise, here will be well worth it a bit down the line (trust me).

Meanwhile, nudging the plot a bit forward here. Remember– When last we left things, as far as the Mastors are concerned, Z-Squad are fugitive co-conspirators of John John's rebellion. Also as far as anyone knew, they escaped to the Dark Universe with John John just before the portal closed.

Anyhow, that's it for today… Find out Matt's reaction on Thursday… much more good stuff to come… stick around!
