Nothin' like a montage + letter to show the passage of time.
Seems like Mr. Stoat really wants to see his beloved daughter again. What a nice fellow.
Sadly, I haven't flown a kite since I was a tiny girl. ;_; Lucky Sonia!
And it looks like William got Sonia some ear protection for firing the rifle just like he said he would at the end of chapter 7
