Smoofo-Boofo's nutri-smoothies are pretty popular in this district.

The lower districts gets so little sunlight, they put up lamps everywhere. The rare times it rains the rain is highly caustic, umbrellas are a must. Air gets pumped into the Structure via ducts, grown from algae vats. There's no soil or natural green, everything is metal, plastic, glass and concrete.
