The tats she has are brand labels. Either of brands her family owns or contracted brands that sponsor her. The tats are scheduled to disappear on their own when the sponsorship runs out.

This type of advertisement is very common, if you're wiling to literally wear something on your skin then that impresses the easily impessed. Lotsa people pay attention to what the bubble heads endorse, and if you're bascially scifi Paris Hilton then what you do & say has an influence on the consumerist populace. In this future, people are just as prone to letting themselves be influenced by some celebrity's lifestyle as people today.
