A buff up patch, can flood your system with stims to the point of self-destruction. I don't envy the headache that guy will go through if he survives that.

The weapon's a kind of shock stick/laser sword. Can cut through metal like butter on the highest setting. It's actually a working tool, hacked to disable its limiter. dangerous for the user.

It's rather hard to acquire any advanced weaponry in the Structure, only corper watchdogs carry real weapons of any note. They tend to be DNA and/or chip coded so even if you steal it, you gotta hack one first to be able to use. And if it is touched by someone unauthorized it will either explode or deliver a lethal shock to your system.
