I love that anime trope of the character with always closed eyes.

Here's one of Harley's deliver boys: Sugar has goat eyes, horizontal pupils for enhanced periphal vision. As well as leg alterations, with muscle implants for pro-longed stamina & jumping power, and 2 long clawed toes for climbing. He zig-zags across town to deliver packages.

Drone delivery is common for everyday goods & food and such, but for more discreet & reliable delivery, that's what Harley offers. All of his runners have enhancements, making them freerun masters. Which comes in very handy in the snake-like pathways of the Structure.
