So yeah, there's the brain capsule thing explained. The capsule is encased in an organic membrane, programmed with smart DNA that reacts to a specific command uttered in a specific frequency. The membrane will rupture and destroy vital points in the subject's brain. The likelihood if it being activated by accident is very, very low.

The beast heads don't know their own password btw, it is only given to the owner.

The Mother Goose is a hormonal process that gets artificially induced once someone buys a beast head. Based on the procedure of chicks imprinting on the first thing they see after hatching, or the mommy hormones females produce to attach to their freshly born offspring.
