Eternal Night, Page 6

Any child who has experienced monsters at night will tell you that parents respond the same way - absolute denial. Such cases can often end in tragedy. Unless it's just the tree against the window, or a pile of clothes.

But if there's a sinister beast skulking in the corner, your child may very well be doomed.

But hey, look, Melody's mom without glasses! Now we know where she gets her beady eyes. Maybe Melody needs glasses too…?

Some updating notes - I realized that next week will have comics 7, 8, and 9 of this chapter/scene. Which means next week, I will only have 10 and two cover pages. Which is bad, because I like to do cover pages on the weekends between new comics, so I don't have to waste time with them.

So, here's what I'm gonna do. Next week, we'll have four new pages - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. The following week, I am going to start updating even more so this doesn't happen again.

You heard me. Monday through Friday. This is gonna be hell for me, but it will make everything smoother, and it will make the entire series progress faster. And I do know I can do it - I've done a comic in one day before, it's easy as pie. And currently I'm still ahead of schedule, so I can do just fine if I keep this up.

Wish me luck, and try to keep up too!

My mother took me on monster hunts that I found so funny that I forgot to be scared…

And just to show you there's no need to be scared, I'm going to turn off the light and leave you in the dark!

    Tsk - parents, eh?
