It seems they've gotten to the point in their friendship where Death feels comfortable enough to make jokes at her expense. He's such a wonderful friend.

I was ultimately very happy about this page. It didn't take too long as I'd feared, primarily because I copy/pasted the view of her house from Scn.6 Pg.10 - I more or less just edited her and Death out. I find it interesting how he goes up and down stairs, it's eerie.

I'm also happy that I get to use Melody's scarf again. I felt comfortable enough to add tassels to the end. I also felt comfortable enough to add socks to Melody.

Death's been so-so, I keep forgetting to continue drawing his "shadows" (not like you can really see them anyway). I managed it in this page, but I keep worrying (I haven't checked) that I am going shadow-noshadow-shadow-noshadow. Meh, I'll get it eventually.

So, this is already an eventful week. My internet died Sunday night/Monday morning, but I decided to work on today's comic anyway, in hopes that we got a new modem in time. Luckily this one started working on its own again.

Upon compiling the text for this comic, I went to snag the title from Scn.7 Pg.1 (I like to copy/paste it so I don't have to compile it all over again), and I realized I forgot a damn voice bubble. I could change it over on Smack Jeeves, but unfortunately DrunkDuck is still a little weird with changing pages. Chances are, if I actually want to FIX it, I'll have to delete the page and replace it. Even though I'm given the option to fix the page right there, it doesn't actually work.

To HELL with that, I'll leave it screwy and redirect you folks to Smack Jeeves if you wanna see a single bubble around Death's voice in Panel 2. If not, just ignore it and enjoy yourselves.
