Pretty much speaks for itself. I've been dying to have somebody call Melody "Squirrel-Eyes" for a while.

I love the expressions I'm able to give Melody in this chapter. She's a bit more emotive, just because she has more reason to be.

Don't expect this to be common, though.

Random art note - I think I'm getting better at drawing everybody. Aside from his enormous head, Jeffrey looks a lot like the stuff I'm used to drawing (outside of Mel&Mac). Then again, I'm pretty sure I'm supposed to be going for a distinct and separate art style, so I'll hafta add some edge to it all.

It's not just a story, it's an experiment.

And CRAP! I forgot the shadows AGAIN! I was so excited to be working on my comic extra-early for a change, and I ignored it. I need to make a note and stick it on my forehead. Or write a note on my forehead.
