DRAMAAA!

I wanted to do some dramatic shadowing on the third panel, but realized rather quickly - before even starting - that I had no idea how to do shading, so I gave up on that.

Emily poses a rather interesting question, though - how does one kill Death? Is it even possible? And if one did this, could immortality become possible?

This is, of course, all hypothetical, and will not be addressed in this series.

Random note on Emily's coat - it bears a striking resemblance to Melody's mother's coat. This is because much like Melody's family (not that it ever shows for Melody herself), Emily's parents are rolling in the dough. They, however, spoil their child.
