Aside from the mini-title, I really can't think of anything else.

In the famed "Lost Script," Detective Arrows was going to be two or three FBI agents. Then I realized, I'm adding too many superfluous characters. So, I wedged it down to one detective from Null City.

I have a few things about Null. For one, it's the county seat, which explains Captain Waters' (lol) earlier question. For another, it's actually where the Harridan Killer started. Guess who was on the case from day one.

I've been toying with giving Arrows his own spinoff, though this would get in the way of the sequel/spinoff I already have planned, and a minicomic sequel between that and this. Maybe after all that's done with, just for fun, I dunno.

I wanted to make him from a generic Noir Detective cloth. It was weird, though, at the last moment I realized he looked a bit like Lupin III's Inspector Zenigata, so I had to give him some stubble and a cig. I then made his eyes a bit more tired-looking.

Speaking of eyes, I am fully aware that I forgot the Captain's eye-wrinkles. Crap, and I meant to fix that.
