Gasp! The plot thickens!

So, I enjoyed drawing this comic. Probably because I did it very early in the day, and I'm not weighed down by people talking to me and me wanting to do other things. Like talk to those people.

Or, it could be that this was actually fun. Like, really fun. Like, I shouldn't be allowed to have this much fun. The bodies and backgrounds (as usual) were hell, but the faces… just look at their expressions! I LOVE doing faces when I know what the hell I'm doing.

I still can't really figure out Arrows' hat, though. I actually had to shift it around in Panel 2. Can you tell? You can't, can you? I put it too high up on his head.

I also accidentally drew him a bit too much like Clint Eastwood, when he should look more like… well, I dunno, really. But no Clint Eastwood.

Though you could almost imagine his voice, haha.

I REALLY like the shadows I'm putting in there whenever he speaks. It's almost as if that's what Captain Waters is confused about. I can almost imagine his thoughts, now… "What kind of crackpot did NPD send us?"

His sense of reality is a bit broken (like most of our major characters), but he's actually a good detective. I think.
