Holy cliche, Batman!

I think when a supernatural entity (or a large number of them) gets involved, there has to be a secret underground group of sorts. A cult, or a government organization, or… whatever the hell the Institute is.

I chose not to go for anything major. As Ace says, it's privately funded. But until Act III, I can't go into detail.

Originally, I DID have Ace say specifically where he works (back when Arrows was going to be a couple of Feds), but I think with this, it gives both some mystery, and ensures that nobody hunts him down and shuts down his workplace.

I would have drawn all of this, but… I'm having a few problems lately. You might be able to notice with the poor execution of some of these characters.

I do kinda like how I did with Ace in this one, though. Especially Panels 3 and 4.
