OMG, wall of text!

I promise, it all makes sense (more-or-less) in context. Then again, this is assuming that outside-the-government government agencies are, in fact, a higher authority than official government agencies, and that Ace's leap of logic is right, thus making his own "non-existence" equal to theirs. To be honest, all that's missing is a government contract, and with a "non-existent" organization, it's kinda hard to prove that without pointing out that it does, in fact, exist.

I find it all easier just to assume he's screwing with them.

I promise, I have everything planned out… the Institute and all the things going with it; I even know what it looks like (in my mind, at least, I highly doubt I can draw it correctly).

I didn't do as well as I'd hoped for Ace in this one. But I'd been wanting to do Panel 3's pose for a VERY long time. I'd even wanted to do it with him, like, walking around Arrows.

I also kinda wanted the 2nd and 3rd panels to be kinda dark in the background, but I um… heh… I forgot…

I really miss Melody and Death. I hope they show up next week. Wink wink.

(I promise, you'll see a LOT of them in Scene 13, and you'll wonder what you ever did without them. I'll tell you what you did - YOU ATE YOUR SHOES!)
