(Actually - Melody's a traditional Sheet Ghost, but if she cut holes in the sheet, her mom would kill her, so she just wore it like a robe.)

So, yes, haha, the joke is Melody's pale. Nothing new, though, Death commented on her pastiness in "Tempus Fugit."

I had to draw this from the side, because I knew if I did it in the perspective I'd been doing (one person at a time) it'd be a bit jerky, and I'd also hafta draw TWO panels. Instead of one. And I was kinda lazy with this one, so… there we go.

I do find it this whole week's "conversation with Death's Later Friend" a bit odd. What's even weirder is, this month's comic has absolutely nothing to do with the main plot, beyond characters and themes.

I like the break from the usual, but… I'm now really wishing I did an Ankou legend.
