Ah, damn, I dated it as '08. Ah, well, it was bound to happen. At least it's going up on time.

So, the comic. I actually planned to show Emily beating on Melody, but I thought the violence excessive, especially given poor Melody's habit of… bad luck… and I while already into Woobie territory, showing her being battered by her arch nemesis seems a bit too much.

I love how I'm drawing her now, though. Halfway through the series, and I finally got it to a point where I can accurately portray her as a scrawny little creature.

I actually don't have all of this week's comics finished, as of the date I'm posting this up (December 30, 2008). But I'll try and get the rest finished. The thing is, my mom was in town for the Christmassy weekend, and I used her laptop and actually GOT online. So while I used it to load up Monday's, I was also too distracted to do more than Tuesday's. This presents no such problem if I get the internet back on the PC, of course, as I can multitask on there, as my art programs and tablet are loaded into there. Not so on the laptop.
