Is it just me, or does everything she says seem ominous?

So, I actually finished this the day before deadline. Yikes, I'm falling behind. I blame the fact that I'm spending all my time trying to catch up with the shows I've missed. Ah, well. Here you go anyway.

Panel 4 seems a bit sketchier than what I've been doing lately, or maybe it's just me. I like it though, it gets back to how Mel&Mac was supposed to be drawn. Also, I was trying to rush it, haha.

I think I originally intended Ms. Rook to have her own style of speech bubble, but then I realized… I didn't do it for Ace, why the hell should I do it for her? She's kinduva minor character by comparison. Plus it'd give away some things.

I see some of you noticed the clawlike (or talon-like?) hands! I thought it would help with the fact that there's something a bit… off… about her. Though doing this page, I got to thinking… she is shaped a bit like Death, if he had a big crooked nose.

Wholly unintentional, I swear.
