Astharoth's words are not really clear in this page. I'll explain them:
She's pissed since they fell - by the way, I made an error in panel 2 - into the Phantom Fault. Moreover, her heart is burning with hatred since Hevan hurted her feelings towards her love, and shown no respect for those who were dead by her side. Plus, Hevan recalled her about when she faced him and got defeated, one million years ago. So she pushes her hatred into Chancela, accusing her to "make her remember her past" and to "make them lose a precious time".

In panel 3: The "Divine Boundaries Of Fantasy" are not a spell or a skill. There are the limit between Astharoth's body/soul/power and Hakka's body/soul/power. By manipulating the boundaries of soul, Astharoth can possess Hakka. By manipulating the boundaries of power, Astharoth can use all of her power, which wouldn't be good for Hakka's body, and finally with the body's boundaries, Astharoth can transform Hakka's body in order to shows her real appearance.

In Panel 4: 「Advent Of The Crusade」 is Astharoth's full power revealed, when she get back her real form.

Side-note: Chancela looks like a centaur, however she's a animal-type Dryad.
She master the Earth element, the Forest element and the Ghost element.

Psychoetherose:
Rubican's definition: A rare and ancient thing… Psychoetherose is an hyper-sensibility to auras, which allows its host to growth in every element and become lot more powerful than the most of the living, including the Devil Hunters. It’s what we call “psychoetherose”. It’s an abnormal development of the sense, who allows its owner to resent every aura that is near the host.

Motherland: A place located in the Nine-Tails Graveyard, where Kumihoes come to die.

Kumiho (Kitsune Kumiho+[plural Kumihoes]): Kitsune Kumihoes are wandering fox spirit which generally takes the appearance of very beautiful women. They're generally friendly and spend most of their time in seducing the traveler. However, when the night comes, they can become very dangerous ; The moonlight reveal Kitsune Kumihoes' true appearance, which usually is a monstrous fox.
They usually wears a cat mask, but they can hide it whenever they want. Breaking the mask exorcise the beast and allow the soul to find eternal slumber. But nowadays, Kumihoes are extremely rare, and are seen as nature disaster or as benedictions, depending on traditions.
By the way, it's says that Kumihoes affectionate the Nine-Tails Graveyard, in the Altremare continent, because this is the place where they come to die. It's also said that Kumihoes can die many times without disappear.
