Hakka's journey keeps going… She would like to stop in the middle and to lie down, waiting for the end to come, but she was never able to just sit and slowly close her eyes, without ever opening them again.

She is sad. Very sad. Since the beginning of her journey, near the Alurna Forest, hiring Thane in order to help her in her hunts, her story evolved in something she couldn't control. Friends she had, were lost in battles. Friends she trusted, betrayed her "for the greater good". Love, she found. A pure love, without any doubts. A strong love, without any weak moments. A loyal love, without any treasons. A love she treasured over and over, without any conditions.

And yet the two maiden in love had to part in order to defeat their enemy.

Her big sister was condemned to live hidden in the darkness of the ruin sleeping in the deep heart of the forest of the Moon Temple. She could feel every night the heath of her sister's tears flowering from her eyes all over her cheeks. The assassin whose blades were broken wouldn't ever be able to stand again.
Such a bird which wings was shattered.

Question without answers.
Rubican was playing with her fate, as if he wanted to write himself the last chapter of the Hatsura history.

"Oh, this clan must fall before me…"

It is way too hard to stand again and to walk against waves of unfathomable truth. This life is just another love song.

@Dark Pascual: You're right, Pascual, as long as the said firepower is not against you; In the part 1 of the 9th chapter, Nero accepted Hevan's task to kill Hakka as soon as she would have succeeded to open the Kaori's Temple. Hakka somehow learnt it thanks to her new ability to hear other's thoughts (lesser than Hevan or Rubican anyway… And more than hearing, Hakka "sees" other's thoughts).
She then know that Nero is no longer an ally, even if he is still hesitating. The mere fact that he accepted Hevan's task means that he is somehow ready to kill his friends in order to fulfill his duty.
But don't worry: she have a plan. ;o
