About how Izuna got in such situation?
It is a part I chose to make quick since I missed some updates (and besides can't properly update yet):

Izuna had succeeded to deliver her message to Alice Van Zodiarc, which was Hakka's goal, so that she could be aware that "Hevan" had started moving again, and Astharoth's last request could be transmitted.

Then, Venah's supernova happened and Zodiarc sent Izuna to Hakka with the order to be as quick as she could by her side.

While she was heading to the Hatsura tomb, Kyuubi appeared.

He also won't use Hakka to collapse the whole universe since he is the universe. ;)
