In order for the Princess to become the new Queen, the former ruler have to give to her daughter her blood and her life, giving her daughter her very soul. By unifying their soul willingly, the Daughter will receive all the strength of her mother, and all the strenght of her family. The mother become another life breath for the daugther, and mere power in order for the Daughter to become a perfect life form.

In Hakka/Octavia's case, it gives her the title of Queen of Withered Leaves. And the title of Witch of the Walpurgisnacht (Walpurgis's spirit itself), which create a connexion between the new Queen and the Night of Walpurgis.
Venah will kinda have hundred pages to write.

@Jamie59: Nah, it wasn't an halloween page and it was planned for October. I won't make anything for Halloween, I don't really like those sort of event…. Plus, Halloween is more funny than creepy, in my humble opinion… ;(
