Dodged a Magic Missile
Yes Garret's the only person in the world to dodge a magic missle! The blind comments stems from the fact that his eyes are white and only people that knew of him or knew him had been introduced so someone first seeing him would think he's blind. And finally the big bad guy has been introduced. Nows the time for his menacing speech, his plans and why he hates elves so much.
