microbabies onThis comic has to do with a strange event that happened at the NAPA downtown Dekalb, IL. Basically some idiots thought it was a good idea for a monster truck to run over some cars in a parking lot in dekalb's cramped
"downtown".
It ended up running over 10 people immediately. I think they lived, last I checked, but who knows.
