I do the lines and colors and shading and everything in Macromedia/Adobe Flash It's pretty expensive but probably would be easy enough to download illegally. As for some of the earlier ones, 1-27 i think. They were all inked with a regular gel pen and colored in Adobe Photoshop Elements.
