By the way—on that third panel, Mindmistress is hooking her feet
underneath a part of the flooring that had been partially uprooted in
the battle—but still connected to the infrastructure…so it gives her
a "foundation". Otherwise, as an observant reader noted, no matter how
strong she was, she would only have her body mass to push "down"
with….and the tank, being more massive, nothing would happen except
Mindmistress would do a pull-up. Instead, by "hooking" her legs around
that bit of flooring, she has the mass of the foundation of the building
to pull down with.
