Chapter 1 - The Beginning...

Okay, I can understand why some of you would assume that FlashMan could just take care of MegaMan himself while time was frozen, but other than the time freezing ability he has, he's got a buster unit, which if he shoots MegaMan with it even once then time starts again, and time doesn't stop for very long anyways, and that one shot isn't going to kill MegaMan. FlashMan is the first robot master that I fight in MMII because of how pathetic he is.
