363: Castle Wars - Duplighost Curiousity

This is an example of what happens when too many idea come together and the transition decides to shoot itself in the foot… I have to extend the panels to better handle the transition between panels. Even so, I can honestly say that this strip ain't my best work, but it'll do for an update today.

A lot of things are represented in this strip:

1. The fact that Frink shows a bit of caring toward his creations… and at the moment he wants to tell Larry something important, but has to wait for Larry to actually pay attention.

2. The fact that although Larry is a researcher and a genius, he still suffers from a lack of common sense that ALL Duplighosts suffer from.

3. The fact that Ukiki is tired of being the caption box.

I like what I've done… because I have yet to really have enough time to do enough character development for Frink. We already know he's got a more calm and level-headed personality than Fronk, but I never got a chance to truly show what extent that it went. And these strips with him and Larry finally shows Frink the way I want him to be shown.
