402: Bipolar Fugitive - Landing in the Desert

The section title changed… and if I can think of something a bit better, I'll probably be changing it.

Not quite happy with this comic, mostly because I didn't have the time to rip Wisp's crouching/flattened sprite, so it was difficult to convey what's really supposed to be going on in the first panel… hopefully context did it.
