This kinda hints at something that will become a major part of the plot involving Balmung in the future… but it'll pretty much be explained soon anyway :P

But yeah, parts of the personality were split among the two of them, therefore the part of Balmung's personality that made him able to apply his knowledge well went to Green-hair.

I like Frink's weird facial expression in panel 1 when he's reacting to the hair color change :P
