I like Little Sid. I hope I captured a bit of the care-free 'I'm a kid so I like everything, until some big person TELLS me to hate something'.

Sid really does have an easy time making friends tho.

On an unrelated note:

I would also like to tell all of the aspiring webcomic artists reading the comic here who wish to ask me advice on how I make my comic look so good: I am Willing to help you out, yes. But to explain my entire process in detail may take some time. I may do a tutorial or something in either DA or the Forum when I have time, but posting a comic 4-5 days a week, working on paid comission (Which ARE being worked on) and a full time demanding manager job (The reason WHY said commissions are taking so damn long) and maybe occasionally socializing with humans I actually like to prevent me from going Van Gogh on myself, I really just need some time to explain it all. It would be better off breaking it down into segments.

Until said tutorial is made, small, manageable bite-sized questions would be easier to answer.

Until then, my biggest advice is this: PRACTICE. Go back to page one of my comic. Now, take a good looong steamy look at it. Crap, ain't it? The characters don't even have noses.

three years and 800+ comics later, and I've improved slightly. Of course, now I have the tools to do it, and it's a constantly evolving process. It's also not cheap, I just spent $70+ on big professional comic paper, which was actually on sale (Saved 30 bucks). And the comic has made Oh, about 20 bucks this month (not counting what I'll be donating to RAINN ).

But, I started with computer paper, sharpies, and Photoshop. Baby steps.
