And here we go. A bit of look into Mookie's abilities. And while she should be freezing, the North Pole itself is actually surrounded by a forest of Christmas trees, and the temperature is quite chilly but you can get around outside with just a heavy coat instead of the snot-freezing, frostbite inducing, hypothermia causing cold of the actual arctic north. Christmas magic, don't try to rationalize it.
