Before anyone asks, yes, Tara is speaking in a very adult manner for this. She is a child, but she's basically borrowing Mika's brain, and she's a surprisingly sharp cookie. She just doesn't applying herself most times. That doesn't really explain all the poetic speech she's using, but this is exposition I originally meant for Nariko to talk about during the summer, but it will help set-up the next story. It's a bit of a round about way to explain it, but it introduces the Kappa, who will be a new Yakuza clan soon, as well as Tengu.

But…believe me, this is ESSENTIAL to the story, and will reveal a lot about certain character's motivations, abilities, and backstory.

And don't worry, in the next story arc, Sid will be returning. Be patient, it will be Awwwwesome.
