So, yeah, this is why I was late. That and the fact that with this reconstruction I have been kicked out of the house a few times.

Anyway, I wanted again to show this, rather amusing IMO cameo for Barry's Reviews. I actually find this one funny even tho it's sort of the same vein as the Harkovast one because it's…well. It's making fun of the same thing but it's doing it less 'Graaar Grarr *foamatmouth* Comic BAD! Evilevilevil graargraaraaaagh!'.

I worried about my decision for making Mika a student because it was controversial and I knew I would lose readers based on that alone. So, this makes sense to me and does it in an amusing way that I can actually get behind. So enjoy it, and no flame wars because I sure as hell have no complaints about it.

And lastly, I've been meaning to mention this for some time. Some of you may have noticed that I increased the price for my banner ad. I know, Bad Artie, stop whoring yourself out! But there was a reason. I went to a drawing class during Otakon, and the only thing I took away from it was that I shouldn't undersell myself. This is not easy work. Sure, it seems like anyone could pick up a pencil and make a webcomic, but..

Well, in the end, without trying to sound too cocky, this Is Mob Ties. I'm #1 on Drunk Duck right now, nominated for several awards which…granted I haven't won any yet, and I have about 10 thousand views A Day. Some other sites which are more popular than me will charge 5 bucks a day, others as much as 50 or higher. But ever ad that I sell gives me money towards advertising on those sites. Advertising increases readership, readership increases donations, donations allows me to quit the job that's killing my soul so Mob Ties can go back to a 5 day a week, going back to 5 days a week leads to the Dark Siiide.

So, there you go. 1 buck for at least 10 thousand people checking out your site? Sounds like a pretty damn good deal to me.
