Just add your own sound effects for the skulls. Assume they're screaming. Or better yet, picture the most horrible sound you can possibly imagine. That's the sound they make.

And here we also see one of the two reasons Jimbo never drives Deathtrap.

Before anyone asks, the car is not a full-on demon, as much as he would like to think of himself one. He is just an extremely horrible and dangerous ghost.
