Define directly. After all, he's just an elemental god of the heavens (Wind, lightning), out for a fly. How could be be responsible if a group of thugs, goons and ninja happened to hitch a ride on him so they could get the drop on a pirate ship. He can't be expected to notice a bunch of tiny guys on his back, after all, it would be like a dog noticing a bunch of fleas when they aren't biting.
Spike actually brought up an interesting point. If the Dragon Princesses are the 'Daughters' of the Dragon Gods (This is a bit mythical at this point, like a Greek god being born from a bit being chopped off of Chronos, I forget which one, it's been over ten years since Mythology class) then TECHnically his neice Mookie is Mika's cousin. Which means that like Weasel, the Art Ninja clan is also related to the Purple Pandas. This may very well come into play after all this malarky is over seeing as I never intended for the two clans to fight in the first place.
