Enjoying Pokemon White so far, but I'm mildly startled by it's pro-slavery culture slant. So far I've learned that Pokemon are sentient and friendly, and that capturing them, keeping them in cages and forcing them to fight until injury or exhaustion overtakes them is both for their own good and a fun, healthy and vital part of my characters development from a child to adult. I'm not really exaggerating here either. This is pretty much the premise of the game, and it only gets weirder when the antagonists show up with their nefarious goal of… freeing Pokemon so they can live happily?
