The end of Season 8!

Thanks for reading! This season was a fun chance to focus on both Modest's daily life and her supporting cast (for maybe the last time). I wanted to give characters like Jenny, Ms. Kohli, Ms. Booth, Modest's classmates and especially Meg a chance to stand out and grow a little.

I am taking a vacation. Some of you may remember I used to take a month long break between seasons. I haven't done that for a few years, and honestly I am worn out. I've been suffering from exhaustion, depression and strained eyesight off and on all year, and its just time for a break. So I'll be taking the next 2-3 weeks off to relax, work on a few small projects and recharge before getting to Season 9! I'll be posting a few odds and ends things, but don't expect too much! In the meantime have a great summer. I'll see you in a few weeks!
