I'm sure Deena gets tired of explaining Modest to random people. It must be exhausting. She's a good sport though. I think most parents wouldn't bother to take their kid's friend out if they knew it would be a hassle. I remember once going to the mall with my best friend's family, and at the end of teh trip the dad took me aside and told me I'd never be allowed to go anywhere with them again. I didn't even know what I had done!
