Spark in the Deep, Page 56 - Never know when you need a hairpin

Molly sneaks into the tenement building of Plage Rue 1 and decides to lockpick her way into what seems to be an abondened office tenement. What will she find inside?

I tried out the same technique I've been using for my latest artpieces, which I made a forum thread displaying them recently, for anyone who wants to have a look at that. I think it is giving the artstyle of this page more of the kind of feeling I've been aiming for this comic.

Although the linework I did for this page got a little bit screwed up when I converted the whiteness of the backdrop into complete blackness. I may consider to even skip linework entirely and just work the next pages out on a black backdrop from the get go, maybe. But in any case I feel like I might be on to something using this technique.
