First published October 15, 2009. KB: I think this is pretty well done. It's not a reference for the sake of a reference, the allusion to Animal House makes the reader think events will unfold in a certain way, allowing the comic to subvert those expectations. GB: Some good timing in this strip. I paused my "Animal House" DVD a few times to get the shots and framing correct. And I like that Regan MacNeil's head is turned around as she crushes on the guitar hippie.
