KB: This is one of my favorites. I just wanted to capture that feeling of having an artistic dream that carries you through life, and I think this succeeds in that.

GB: I feel like this completes a thematic trilogy with "Cartoonist's Revenge" and "Insomnia." Counting on one's art to cope, in one way or another. I've worked in a lot of sad offices myself with looming perturbed managers, and that belching slob with the Carl's Jr. is very much a real person I had to work with several years ago. I still hate him. Fuck you, Jerry.

And more Stones references, on her calendar. It was also my suggestion that the band should be singing the Sex Pistols' "Holidays in the Sun." The original scripted song was something else, but I don't remember what it was.

KB: It was "Jacqueline" by Franz Ferdinand.

GB: Oh! Then I guess I repurposed the repeated 'holiday' refrain.
