Comic Title: Can’t Stand Me Now-The Libertenes

Pete Doherty was the lead singer of a band called The Libertenes, but they kicked him out for being a bit too addicted to drugs, he then broke into the band’s house and stole a load of money and other stuff from them. He has since formed his own band, Babyshambles, who don’t seem to have done anything, no singles, no album, but still manage to be on the news every 5 minutes.

What happens in this comic is pretty much true; Doherty has committed and pleaded guilty to all these crimes has still avoided jail! To me it’s unbelievable to say that he is showing signs of addiction recovery only for him to be caught with drugs again a few days later.
