And here I present you… the blurry background!
It means the characters have strayed so far from the plot, that there is not even a point in keeping it. I'm not going to just let it blank, though, so you have this, if nothing else, to signify the chronologic order of these within the plot-relevant ones.

Incidentally, this was the single longest strip to make, only by virtue of needing two separate programs to make. I use Inkscape for normal everyday strips, but it doesn't have a blur effect, I think, so I fired up Gimp for that. Neither loads exactly quick, either.

I guess Pete is right in saying Cyclops isn't plot-relevant, too. I'd liked to have an angrier image of him, but couldn't find any.

And lastly, yeah, so that's what happened to Sally. I know I've been neglecting her, so I felt it deserved some sort of explanation. In my defense, she's not very plot-relevant in the movie, either.

Also: This is the first page I made after I found the mistake on the way I used to save them. Therefore, text and text-containers will start fitting better from now on.
