Worked her concept out just yesterday, so I neither have a story nor an average developed personality for her.

Black fur, light red, almost pink strands, brown muzzle and arms. I thought of her as a rival for Rouge (hence the »proportions«… Would be funny if Rouge got jealous of her because Sheela's also an echidna, just like Knuckles), so her personality is almost the same as Rouge's, only less intelligent and quite more arrogant.
