Let's think about it, why spend thousands of dollar to 'look' better? Seriously, I've seen some pretty good looking women cry because thier nose is to big and get plastic surgery. I've seen women with breasts the size of a pair of basketballs, and it might just be my opinion, but dat ain't sexy. Let's look at reality here, you look fine the way you are and you should be happy with your own appearance.
